Come now, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to such and such a city, spend a year there, buy and sell, and make a profit”;  whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away.

James 4:13-14 KJV

The “What” and the “Why” of Life is a Vapor

Life is a Vapor Blog was started in October of 2018 with the purpose of exhorting Christians to stand firm in their faith and live as if tomorrow were not promised.  Our days are numbered and our hope is secure.

Here we talk about how to boldly live out the Gospel in such a way that others might be drawn to Christ.  We also address social issues that directly affect the church and how we interact with the secular world.

We provide the resources you need to have a deeper relationship with God and explain why His Word, the Bible, is vital to living victoriously.  The hope is that you would leave this site having been encouraged, challenged and emboldened to be the disciple you were called to be in a fallen world.
